

Abstract submission guidelines

Time — Invited papers are limited to 30 minutes, including 5 minutes for discussion, while general contributed papers are allotted 15 minutes, including 2-3 minutes for discussion. Poster papers are assigned a two hour presentation time.
Deadlines — Abstracts still being accepted.
Multiple papers — A speaker may present either one general contributed or one invited paper (but not both). However, you may be coauthor on any number of papers.
Length of Abstracts — Abstracts, including footnotes, must be 500 words or less. The program chairperson and the editors reserve the right to edit abstracts, if necessary, for clarity, grammar, style, and length. Titles must be limited to 20 words or less. Titles exceeding the limit will be edited. Do not reference unpublished materials or past presentations for which papers are not easily obtained.
General poster session — Authors may present any paper in poster format rather than the usual speaking format. If you wish to present a poster paper, under "Session Type," check "Poster."
Audiovisual equipment — Only computer projectors will be automatically provided at no cost in all rooms. Additional requests must in writing and sent to:

Scheduling — As soon as the program is set, the schedule of presentations will be posted on the conference website.
