Research Interests: Systematics, phylogenetics, and biogeography of cirolanid isopods. - Geoff Boxshall
Department of Zoology, The Natural History Museum, Cromwell Road, London, SW7 5BD, United Kingdom
Research Interests: Evolutionary history of copepods. In particular, how they colonized marine caves, how they conquered and came to dominate the open pelagic water community of the world’s oceans, and how they moved from a free-living to a parasitic life-style (on a diversity of hosts ranging from sponges and flatworms to vertebrates such as fishes, reptiles and mammals). Other interests include near-relatives of copepods, such as the tantulocaridans, branchiurans and mystacocarids.

Research Interests: Maintaining a checklist (now at 85 described species) and a bibliography (now at over 1600 entries) of the hyogean (cave dwelling) fishes of the world. I am also interested in their conservation status. A book on these animals is in the advanced stages of preparation and it will include the full bibliography
