Donations
We are asking
local businesses for donations that can be used during our project
and would greatly appreciate any offering that you would be able to
provide.
We are looking for various food items
such as sandwiches, drinks, etc. to provide for our volunteers since
these project sites entail a good amount of manual labor. Monetary
donations will cover the cost of T-shirts and supplies.
If you decide to contribute a
donation, your business will be acknowledged in any and all reports
including sponsorship logos on every BIG EVENT shirt. Any business
who gives a food donation equivalent to $500 will be a Platinum
Sponsor, $300 will be a Gold Sponsor, $150 will be a Silver Sponsor
and $75 is a Bronze Sponsor. Please contact the BIG EVENT Donations
Committee with any questions or comments for sending your business
logo on all shirts. For your convenience, my phone number is
provided below to answer any questions you may have in regards to
your donation and this program.
