	IMPORTANT GRADUATION DATES FOR SUMMER 2008

	May 30 July 3 July 23	Last day to apply for degrees to be awarded in August for students completing degree requirements in the first term. Last day to apply for degrees to be awarded in August for students completing degree requirements in the second term or 10-week semester. 5 PM. Absolute last day to apply for August graduation.
	July 25	Graduation Information (Cap, Gown, and invitations may be purchased at TAMUG Bookstore) 409-740-4488
	August 7	All transcripts and substitutions must be turned in by 5:00PM in Admissions and Records Office in order to clear.
	August 8	Last day to apply for $1000 Tuition Rebate
	August 9	Graduation

You may apply at MyRecord or go directly to https://degreeapp.tamu.edu

You can only apply during the following times:

Monday - Thursday	8:00am - Midnight
Friday	8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays	Unavailable

The $40.00 application fee will be automatically added to your bill. If you are applying for a double degree, you will be charged $40.00 for each degree. If you complete the application after May 30 (for Summer I) and July 3 (for Summer II and 10-week), you will be charged a non-refundable $50.00 late for each degree and will receive your diploma after graduation.
