TAMUG TutorTrac

TAMUG Tutortrac is an online management system that allows:

  • Academic Advisors, Tutors, and other Consultants to post their available schedules

  • Students to search for and view the dates, times, and locations of those availabilities

  • Students to reserve appointments with Consultants

  • Automatic email delivery notifications for saved and canceled appointments

  • Students to opt in for text notifications for appointments

  • Syncing appointments with calendars

  • Students and Consultants to upload and store documents

  • Programs to take session attendance and pull reports
