 1st Staff Advisory Spring Fling

Are you ready for some FUN??
 
We wanted to give you a chance to just hang out &  have a good time.
  Like the symposiums in the past you have the option to attend
the "Spring Fling"
or
stay in your office and work,
otherwise if not attending or working
you are asked to submit vacation or sickleave


We have prepared an afternoon of FUN!
We ask you to come out and join us,
don't worry about what's going on back in the office

Come on out and Let's kick off Spring Break
and
Support your Staff Advisory Committee!!

 
Here's what we have planned so far.......

Crawfish Eating Competition - 12p - 1p
Not a Crawfish fan?
Not to worry.......

We will also have our very own
"SPECIAL TAMUG Cook-Off Team"
on the Grill for you cooking up Burgers/Dogs
HotDog Eating Competition - 12p - 1p

The "ANNUAL SERVICE AWARDS" will also be given out, so be sure to come on.

Wear your sun glasses, shorts/comfortable clothes/shoes.
All you are asked you bring is your competition spirit,

don't forget to bring a lawn chair.

This event is a fundraiser, and we need your support!
Donations collected during event help support the TAMUG Staff Advisory Emergency Fund.
We will be outside for the afternoon, weather permitting having a blast.
(Mosquito spray will be provided, if needed)

please "refrain from parking down by water near pmec/ship this day"
in order to allow caters to setup
