Employee of the month  Is determined by you!

It takes just a minute to fill out the form, to suggest someone great who goes beyond the norm!  They may be your friend or someone you’ve just met.  They go the extra mile to them, it’s no sweat!  Their service is exemplary, they’ve been here a while, they don’t get in trouble, they’ve always got a smile!
It’s easy to do and it takes just a minute to let others know that someone’s a winner.

The nomination form’s can be found below fill it out; print it; forward it along via inner-campus mail in a confidential envelope to any of the SAC committee members.  That’s all it takes to make someone’s day, who helps you out greatly and in their own special way!
